Follow this guide if you have received an email invitation to join ChainTraced from a colleague or from ChainTraced when your company account already exists.

If you cannot find the e-mail invitation

Check "Junk" inbox.

Contact your IT responsible to ensure that the domain chaintraced.com is not blocked.

If you still cannot find the email, contact Chaintraced at hello@chaintraced.com for support.
If a colleague or an administrator from ChainTraced invites you to create a user account, you will receive and email with the subject [Inviters name] has invited you to join ChainTraced!
The email will mention your company account name and the name of the person who created the invitation as below.

Click the button Click Here to Register

Fill in your name, read and accept the Terms and Conditions.

Click Sign up.

You should receive an email with a link to verify your email address and create a password.
When your account is created, you can log in to ChainTraced as
